Cooking Tests: Beer Can Chicken

This is great, the guys from Cooking For Engineers (TM) did it again.
Every time I need some need idea for a dinner I go and check out what they have been doing. This recipe: Beer Can Chicken is a great idea... but don't try to put a Guinness into that Chicken... the capsule that contains the gaz inside a Guinness can is made out of plastic, it'll melt in the oven.
