i'm... well, it's really hard to explain. but let me try: i'm shocked, it was odd, like a cold shower or after too much eating: it gave you a great pleasure but now it is hard to breath.
that's my reaction as match point - the new woody allen movie - ended. it's indeed a great movie, but oh! it's not funny, i expected some kind of comedy, like in 'anything else' but no... it's a big tragedy, the history is told in a non rushed way. every little bit seems to fit just in time, every single detail. it's very a dark film, but the fact that the history happens in england, it gives the history a very special atmosphere. i'm not telling you the history, but if i ever have the luck of falling into someone like scarlett, i promise to fall in love immediatly.

yes, it's true... i'm one year older. i'm starting my second quarter of century and i'm not more depresed than the last five birthdays, funny, isn't it?
it's quite early for a saturday morning, i woke up around seven - there was, again, a very noisy party in my head - i took two aspirins and then i took a shower. i slept at eb's, she's a great gal and wonderful friend. i had one of the best 'shared birthday party', yes, she organized a birthday party for me and M, we had lots of fun. i met new people, had fun, great french meats and chees -yes, the smelly ones- and, as always, a few bottles of wine and as it was a birthday party -even if i don't like it- champagne. i remember a bottle of tequila and that strange croatian drink. very nice party indeed.
i think this morning i'll have a good walk and buy some stuff for breakfast -i don't think eb, jd or any of the two other girls will be up before eleven or twelve- that's why i'm having a coffee and writing you from the "cafe and co" at liberte.
well, i'll write you tonight after the siteseeing -eb's friends never been in lyon before.

creo que esta es la primera vez que te escribo en español, ya sabes, el mes de octubre me pone nostalgico y hasta un poco depresivo.
el dia de hoy, luego de un poco de fonetica, algo de actuacion, mucho de periodismo de olla expres y dos kilometros de natacion, decidi tomarme un buen cafe y escuchar un poco de buena musica. no quise escuchar jazz,simplemente no es el momento, asi que en vez de eso, escuche el sound track de BJ: the edge of the reason; wow! es genial! es justo lo que necesitaba para calmarme, relajarme y sentirme bien de nuevo. tambien me dio una gran idea: creo que voy a comenzar a organizar mis ideas y realizar un podcast; claro que sera el mas ilegal de la corta historia del podcasting, pero la idea sera basicamente una emision de vez en cuando, tocando esa musica que tanto significa para mi. bueno, al menos esa es la idea general, tambien habra un poco de turismo, anecdotas, etc, pero todo girando alrededor de mi musica favorita.
prometo tenerte al tanto.

I've finally realized it: I was laying in bed, listening the DSC and a thought passed thru my mind: 'I can write you using my mobile!' Isn't this great?

I don't know... it was a little bit akward... my bed was nice and comfy, and suddenly I was awake. First I thought it was Syrinx -and trust me: I was ready to play with her- but then I realized she was not a nymph nor a dream... maybe she was a siren... definitely she was a siren, an unbodied one.

Anyway, she woke me up very early this morning and here I am, writting you.

ps: I haven't been drinking lately, maybe a Martini (a really dry one) could help;I don't want my head taken away by a squirrel and hidden at the bottom of a tree. Do you want to join me?

Back in town

Dear Sigmund,

Here I am, back in town (well, I came back two weeks ago)
It's been quite unusual... two weeks, working as a mad person, reading, writting (not my stuff for sure) and... yes... getting back to the old habits (few bottles of wine, good company and, specially, the food - Italian, Mexican and Irish)

I've promised 3 texts per week, but honestly, I think I'll be making one or two... but in exchange I'll be writting you more often, ok?
